LGPA Business Plan

The LGC/LGSEC is in the process of drafting a business plan in response to the recent CPUC decision requesting that LGSEC provide details on our proposal that the CPUC create a statewide Local Government Program to administer all utility- funded local government energy efficiency activities. This decision also included first-time support for non-utility, third party program administrators to oversee statewide energy efficiency programs.
